In regards to special needs during PE yes.

If it's any other business regarding him then you'll have to enlighten me.

[ He's pretty busy and he finds it impolite to eavesdrop on people he's not planning to infiltrate or murder so if people arrange things without him, he has no idea. ]

The first one. I'd like the kid to at least be able to do something in my class. Last thing the kid needs is his health to start failing.

I agree that it's good for him to have physical exercise of some kind.

[ The less time Toki has to be alone with his thoughts, and alone in general? The better. ]

He should be fine with running and any other activities that will keep his feet on the ground. If he's climbing anything it should be in a full harness that will catch him if he loses grip.

He has a tendency to frighten himself over small things and run away so watching him when he's outdoors is recommended.

No swimming. He's not allowed near pools.

Easy enough to remember. Guess I'll just come up with a special lesson plan for him. It's a pain in the neck, but at least the kid won't hurt himself.
