How may I assist?

[Her pronunciation is terrible.]
I was hoping you could talk to me about a student with a very concerning file...
[She hands the file over.]

Ah, yes. Mr Rikugou.
[ His tone suggests that the concern is well founded. ] What would you like to discuss?

[Slightly annoyed. She left quite suddenly in the middle of the night, and Lin has been working on picking up the pieces ever since.]
...I've been trying to do her job. Tokidori mentioned something about a doctor's report that was entirely incorrect and I don't have any medical training beyond basic first aid. I can splint a broken limb or bandage a knife wound but I don't know the first thing about antidepressants.

Well, I'll handle the medical side of it, at least - keep up to date with him on his medications, and so on, and so forth. That will lessen your workload.
As for the report... [ He produces a fresh copy. He's kept the one that Toki highlighted. ] I've talked it over with him. Most of it is too harsh an evaluation, I think.
If you have any techniques you can teach someone that might help with delusions or episodes, that would be ideal. He tends to panic easily, so anything you can do to help him manage that would be good, as well.

Panic attacks I think I actually can help with.
